Aiseesoft iPhone 4 to Computer Transfer Ultimate is a very complete management tool for iOS devices. It can be used to copy data from your iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad (all the models for those devices are supported) to your computer. It can be used as an alternative to sync with iTunes to transfer music, movies, ringtones, TV shows, podcasts, books (ePUB and PDF), and other types of data. This is the most complete version of the application available. The "Standard" version is limited in some aspects, including the types of files that it can transfer. The "Ultimate" version isn't limited at all, and it can transfer pretty much any content that you have on your phone.
The graphical user interface is rather simple and it is divided into two main panes. The one on the left part of the screen shows all the connected devices and the types of data that you can transfer. If you click on one of those types, the right pane will be populated with a list of all the files stored on your device of that type. You can simply check the files that you want to transfer and select whether you want to copy them to a folder on your PC or to your iTunes library directly.
I tested the application with an iPad 2 and it performed very well. I was able to transfer music, movies and photos almost immediately. I have no complaints about this application other than it doesn't let you transfer content to your device.
